Founded in 2004 with a registered capital of 2 million RMB, we currently have 180 full-time staff across 8 departments, operating with standardized management processes. With over 20 years of experience in consumer electronics and foreign trade, we specialize in fans, humidifiers, heaters, mini massagers, toothbrush sterilizers, and speakers, spanning 10 categories and more than 100 models. We provide professional OEM and ODM services. Our annual output of core products exceeds 6.8 million units, supported by 3 workshops, and we launch 28 new models each year. Our team achieves an annual export revenue of USD 3,486,080, with sales to East Asia (58%), North America (25%), Western Europe (11%), and other regions. We offer flexible trade terms and payment options.
R&D is our core advantage: we have 6 professional engineers equipped with advanced testing tools and design software. All our self-developed products pass third-party testing, and we offer full customization (logo, material, packaging) with a 7-day sample lead time and a 20-day new product launch cycle. Description of Quality Control/Technical Support Department
The QC department has experienced inspectors overseeing incoming, in-process, and final inspections. Equipped with advanced testers, including auto insertion force, aging, salt spray, humidity chamber, impact, key life, and stability testers. All inspections follow written instructions with records maintained. Finished products undergo 100% inspection. The department also manages supplier evaluations and customer complaint resolution with closed-loop corrective actions.
Quality Control Procedures
Quality control covers: incoming material inspection with documented procedures; in-process monitoring by dedicated line inspectors; 100% final inspection (OQC); supplier assessment and management across hundreds of cooperative partners; traceability of finished goods to raw materials via lot identification; and product alert and recall procedures. Testing equipment is regularly used to verify compliance.
